I really don't care about them giving out the best gears in the game with just zerging. But there more problem to it then that. Que now such as ST take 40 - 1 hours. People withdrawing constantly, same with Dungeon. Party Finder is dead. People blacklisting, yelling, and start yelling at other people for The Hunt. It just not the game I want to play anymore.

I have play and support the game since Beta, I'm a Legacy players. But the game just have become not fun anymore. Every time you log on, it all about "The Hunt" since it give the best reward for little effort. It is very unbalance since Hunt give everything without a Cap. But this is just my opinions, I know I'm just a minority that left the game and no one care. But later, people will start seeing the problem.

I am curious to see how that plays out. With how long its been basically left untouched, it's more or less ingrained into our minds about how everything should be. With the algorithms used for this games RNG becoming more and more of a topic to question (them altering the RNG system for weekly marks, despite previous statements that it was working as intended a little over a week ago, doesn't help their stance on that much), a lot of doubt is starting to grow and players are adapting to inaction. I'm willing to bet A LOT more complaining will happen that it takes too long to get gear when the next coil hits... assuming they don't update the hunt rewards and nothing has changed about it by then. If they're still going to offer whatever new tomes 2.4 is likely to bring, then wow SE... wow...

Adamantoise's PF is beyond dead, even during our prime time. Granted we're not a big server, but there's NOTHING for hours at a time. Last night I was commanding my FC to fill in PFs that did show up because nobody's interested in the content (garuda ex, turn 2 coil, levi ex, etc). It's pretty sad when a 20-30 man FC has to carry the entire server's pf just to complete easy content...

Changes *are* coming to those, but it's a matter of when. Personally I hope sooner rather than later. If it takes me two weeks to get a sand but I can do it casually and at my own pace without steamrolling across the map in a large mass of people then I'm okay with it.

What confuses me on the whole issue is that SE had a wonderful model they could have just ripped right out of Final Fantasy XII for hunts, but instead gave us what we have today.

Personally, I'm wondering if SE's MMO team has played any FF games in general, since they seem kind of oblivious to the other systems (not to mention context of the lore and cross overs sometimes). It's like they've only played another western MMO and based their vision on that..........

Zaiken, you'll notice something between the thread you just posted and the one I quoted. The information in your later post gives reasons why this bothers you. Just posting you unsubbing from the game just comes off as (IMO) childish and immature [no different than a "I quit because reasons" thread]. Saying things like "everyone's focused on it, and therefore, everything else gets ditched" is at least some feedback that maybe fits into the grand scheme of things (Note: there's some discussion in the most recent live letter about this).

If this bums ya out to the point of quitting, then by all means do what you have to do. I still deal with the queues, run with my FC, and find ways to keep the game fun ~for me~. But, posting a screenshot of clicking the unsub button is no different than signing an internet petition. It just says "I'm mad!" without any sense of reason behind it, and in turn, undermines your entire complaint and weakens it.

That said, I've said it once, and I'll say it again. You can't stop MMO players from taking the "most efficient route". First it was FATE grinding, then it was dungeon farming, then it was speedruns/myth runs, and now it's hunts.

The truth is in the next year, all the content available at this very moment will be much easier to overcome because there will be NEW current content in a year, and they want new or returning players to catch up easier, and not be overwhelmed. It's really a good method for longevity and returning players, but current players I guess tend to ask "what's the point" when it'll just be easier down the road anyway.

Oh wait there's none cuz like 90% of the ppl can't clear it with a pf group as no one wants to learn it. Just hunts hunts hunts hunts hunts hunts hunts 2nd coil hunts hunts titan ex clear hunts hunts hunts levi ex farm hunts hunts. Ppl i seen who cleared it all told me it was an fc/ls party etc.
