Ok I'll wear the hat you handed me... yes it is inconceivable. They should have pulled all seals and sands from all the zergers after the first week of horrid behaviour, and put a cap on seals, as well as substantially increased daily rewards for people who chose not to join 4 hunt linkshells and stay wired to coordinates and timers all day and night. They should also have abolished the precisely predictable spawn timers and made the spawns truly random, so players who stumble upon these mobs could kill them without the travelling circus on their tail shouting abuse and blacklisting.

Pulling seals and sands would require rollback on a LOT of characters, which simply isn't practical, and would have resulted in a huge backlash...
Daily Hunt they should boost rewards on already and it shouldn't require more than changing a value, and I've said that before this hotfix as well.

However, not everything can be "fixed" just by changing a value...

Yes you're absolutely right. Obviously a rollback was never going to happen, the severity of the situation should have warranted SE to close the gap asap between the linkshell farmers and would be chance hunters who never get to see a Hunt mob because they don't have the spreadsheet link.

I wouldn't expect that until 2.35 really... I had hopes they would do it fast, but apparently they're still thinking about it...
Unless they did change that too and it's just not listed in the notes.

Thing is for the moment dont let hunts rule your game life, it's nice to get seals when you can. I can only recommend if you see a mark unclaimed go for it, it's your right to try and kill it for full credit. If someone resets it, or harasses you, report them for griefing.

You can't ignore it because this will ruin the power balance of what's accepted among the community.

If you're not up to par for given reason, you will be scorched from head to toe from the community. If you're now expected to be i110 because getting allied seals was so easy for the upper 10%, it ruins the experience for the less fortunate.
