    In support of the OP, I'm pretty sure he meant that the Paladin was ONLY using his Riot Blade combo, meaning no Flash either.

    Yes, Riot Blade is good when paired with Flash, but if he's not using Flash with it, then that's the problem I think he was elluding to.
