SE can't and I don't need examples for this. This is why WOW is able to have fewer time sinks.

Second Point, "Streamlined" is a fancy word for dumbing down something. I have a full time job as well so when I can't play, I can't play. I don't expect the game to make time for me. Grow up and take responsibility for the time you have. You made the choice to invest time you didn't have. Don't be a self-entitled baby because you don't have as much time as everyone else.
Is this a joke post? I honestly can't tell. Due to a lack of "LULZ!!1!1!!1" all over this jumble of nonsense, i'm going to assume it's not and will respond accordingly.

Yes, some MMOs are designed in a way that you dump massive amounts of time into them. Do they have to be designed this way? Certainly not. MMOs are moving away from this in the current market and SE would be smart to do the same thing. It seems like the only people who fight this so hard are: 1) MMO dinosaurs that still believe they should be the only ones playing MMOs 2) people who have unlimited amounts of time and want to lord their MMO accomplishments over others.

I don't know what to say about development teams and what they are able to accomplish with their resources, but that's not my responsibility as a consumer. My only responsibility as a consumer is to pay (when this begins) to play the game IF i enjoy it. I would enjoy it more and be more willing to pay if simple things didn't take massive amounts of time because the small amount of people craving HUGE EPEEN GLORY that can dump massive amounts of time into don't feel i'm worthy to do the same events based solely on the fact that i'm not logged in for the same amount of time they are. Also, if you're suggesting that SE purposely made getting a group together take so long so the current content isn't completed too quickly, then SE is the worst company in the world.

Also, you're correct. Streamlining can make things easier. Streamlining the way to get a group together to do something fun is a good thing. The challenge should be in the content, not in navigating the UI or in travel time. I fail to see how it's a bad thing to "dumb down" the system for getting a party together. "Hardcores" wouldn't even have to use it - just use your linkshells instead.

Asking to participate in content that i am (or will be) paying for does not make me a self-entitled baby. If the game is moving towards party play, the time and stress needs to be removed from finding a party if they want to make money off of people who don't have as much time. If they choose to go through this using a copy of WoW's dungeon queue, i won't complain. However, that's not what I am personally asking for.
