retainers are missing and no one seems to want 2 help....

was referred to this forum by the in-game support in hopes that someone may be able to help. First of all, I play FF14 ARR on PC. I play on Diabolos server, my character name is Kilala Ninetales, and my 2 retainers are Songo and Softkitty.Two nights ago the server crashed and when I went to log back in my character was missing, through contacting the in-game support they told me that it was somehow deleted. Through many replies they were able to re-activate my character but now my 2 retainers are both missing, the strange thing is that they are still selling items on the market board. The in-game support told me that both retainers are not tied to Kilala at all and that there is nothing that they can do. Please help me get my retainers back, I have 4 months of hard-earned gil and items on them. Can you somehow re-activate them? Or perhaps transfer the gil and items if I create two new retainers? I don't understand what is going on with the servers, but I seem to be being punished by the server crashing and screwing up my character account.

this is my third time posting on hear? i have a gm tell me they cant find them and another tell me that they have been restored ...i continue 2 be bounced around as tho this is fun and a game.can someone please fix this? or attest reply to my post and tell me "hold on we will get to it we know"

That is pretty messed up, I would not accept their answer. They should fix your situation and make it right, and from the sounds of your dealings with different GMs, I can only shake my head and hope it doesnt happen to anyone else.
