    Ideas to fix Hunt !

    On a populated server, like Gilgamesh, hunt is sucky because there are too many people hunting at the same time. I am in a hunting LS and it's simply chaotic.

    We often can't see the enemy or we get half seals... if we get any at all.

    SE should :

    1. Increase HP of mobs by 5 times at least ..

    2. Give 5 seals per kill for all hunting board quests (daily)

    3. The hunting board should give the hunting quest as it is now, BUT, with a hunting ticket, you should be able to summon the mob... and ONLY your /party can touch the mob. To be fair Elites can't be summoned... If they put 5 seals per kill... that's 200 seals for a session (5 mobs from dailies x 8 players = 40 kills.. x 5 seals = 200 seals).

    I would like to get 200 seals every day in a 8 men group hunt outside the massive chaotic open world we see at the moment. Make the mobs hader to kill from hunting board, so a 8 men can have a nice challenge.

    Increasing HP, which Square did already, isn't going to solve anything. In fact, it could make the problem worse since now you have to build up aggro even longer just to get full credit against dozens of other players. Health boosts are a severely outdated way to make something more difficult.

    The Health boost wasn't to make it more difficult. It was to make the mob last longer since everyone decided to take solo/light party content and bum rush them with the entire server.

    If they made the dailies worthwhile at least maybe it wouldn't be so congested as not everyone farms the hunts compulsively, nonstop, all-day everyday. There are people who try to farm a modest quota of seals per day and stop once they reach that quota for the day. Raising the amount of seals you can get through dailies so that they may reach that quota (maybe like 100 or 150 a day) would probably be enough to dwindle the amount of people trying to camp A and B ranks to just the die-hard no lifers. There is no fixing S rank however. Those will always command massive crowds.

    I personally think they should have just copy pasted FFXI's Voidwatch in regards to this. Maybe they will do this later on in another iteration of this type of thing, would be nice to see that it was an excellent system.

    There was something in a Dev Q&A about this (I'm too lazy to look it up right now). Basically, after they upped the HP a bit right after hunts were released, they said going to look into other changes. But assumedly that would be more complex and take time to implement.

    Not that I would ever suggest counting on SE to make a change, but maybe some change is possible at later date. (No relation to suggestions here)
