    The best thing to do at that point is to accumulate tomes of mythology and to then trade them in at Revenant's Toll for 'Hero' accessories, as these are each item level 90. There are a number of ways to gain tomes - running post-Stone Vigil dungeons such as Castrum Meridanium and Amdapor Keep used to be the 'traditional' way, but lately that has changed somewhat to Hunts. You can also get a small amount of tomes by doing the daily beastmen quests each day which all add up. Just one of these accessories should push your average item level up by at least one point.

    Yep hunts are best right now for ultra fast myth but failing that you can do Crystal Tower: Labyrinth Of The Ancients. 200 myth a run but NA worlds can be a bit trolly so it might suck idk.
