Do you actually have any ideas though why there is a lockout in the first place or do you just hate it because you can't rush everything like the hunt ?

So they can halt our progresses.

Too bad it makes content feel like a job and makes you unable to play with your friends. Didn't you guys learn anything from Coil lockout?

A job? Work != Job. Plenty of enjoyable things involve work. That doesn't make them a job, or make them even feel like it. If you think it feels like a job now, I doubt you would like how it feels if it wasn't locked and was adjusted for that fact.

If it wasn't locked, I would be able to do it when I want and how much I want. There is not "OMG, I need to log to do roulette today!"

Jeez, is it so fun for you guys to now have nothing to do during the week cause you already did that content? Is it so fun to not be able to play with your friends cause you already did that instance? Is it so fun having 6 PF Coil groups looking for members and not be able to join any of them because you already cleared coil on the first day?

Hey Yoshi, I have an idea, why not put under lockout the ability to login into the game too? This way people won't be able to Hunt all day! BRILLIANT!

It's fun for me because I don't have to grind it many times in a single week just to get something to drop. It's fun for me because I can go on and do other things during the week. People don't truly understand what would have to happen to unlock the content while it's still current.

Then don't. When Coil 1 was unlocked I didn't force myself to do turns I didn't like all day every day.

People don't truly understand what would have to happen to unlock the content while it's still current.

They do. The cons vs pros of of a free system have discussed multiple times here. "People will get gear too fast!!!" is a weak argument versus "the ability to play with your friends" and "the ability to play all weak and peace youself".

Halting the progress so that there is enough content for people to do in between patches. It would be ridiculous for everyone to run around in full soldiery and coil gears in less than two weeks after a patch.

Most lockouts exists for a reason and a good one.
