People think that to be able to play properly a game they have to be non-lifers in order to learn that they're supposed to move out from Reds and that every 10sec the boss will use certain spell. I have two and half hours for raid during the week, so I can call myself casual, and my group and I finish the new coil in less than one hour. So, seriously, this game can't get easier. People need to start using their brains (and I hate to give this sort of advice, but many players really ask for it.).
Apples and oranges. You're going in with a static. He's going in with a PUG. You've worked several hours with your team using an audiochat most likely, they just met. Saying just put in the time won't fix the problem. The real issue is that people have moved-on to Coil 2 and haven't looked back. The only Party Finders on my server are the ones that want "experienced only", or are selling runs to victims, or are people who are doing it for the first time. But the chances for the newbies are non-existant. So you basically lock-out one portion of the community who will never seen Second Coil because they can't find a dedicated team. With the addition of hunts, there are even less Coil and Primal runs being run. They have no prospects in future raiding until that requirement is nerfed or removed.
