[Bug] Taunts recast twice as long when equipped as X-class.

Taunt II's recast is initially 50sec as shown on tooltip. While equipped with Seasoned veteran, Taunt II's recast when used on a class besides pugilist is 1min40sec, doubled recast. No other pugilist skill has this issue when being used cross classed and I am equipped with seasoned veteran.
