Technically speaking yes, as long as you have good enough gear. I'd advise against it however without at -least- a crafted i70 weapon; if you're going in as bard that'd be a Sarnga.

I'm going to say yes...

Largely because, if you meet the minimum ilvl for the content it will be "do able". Second, so many people are running it for vanity gear while rocking High Allagan that you're just a warm body to fill out the queue.

I don't remember the score (pretty sure it's a combined score of i75, check the DF panel if it's greyed out it means you don't meet the score and will tell you what it is, if it's white it means you meet the min. Score, it also is listed near the bottom of the description of the duty as well.) and Sarnga is a crafted bow, get one of the market board they're relatively cheap.

Sarnga bows are crafted by carpenters. If you haven't leveled that class up yourself, best to find someone who has. As for what you need to be, for Labyrinth of the Ancients you need a minimum gear score of 50, to enter Syrcus Tower you'll need a minimum gear score of 70.
