Actually, he is correct. In CT/ST, it counts the alliance as 1 party. In anything non-raid, provoke only does your party's max emnity +1.That's a cool story, bro...cause it's not true. In fact, I have no idea where you got that or if you just "figured it out" yourself. Test in CT/ST, you can certainly provoke off another party, and as someone who has reset mobs off people not in their party, I can confirm your story...is just a story.
