Worth while playing?

Hi, I'm wondering if this game is worth getting for the ps4. I'm currently playing wildstar and getting bored of it so looking for a decent game on the ps4 to get into. Is there a large community base on the ps4? I played the beta on that platform and i did like it but wasnt blown away tbh. Any insight would be appreciated

on jenova, most of the active players in my fc, myself included, play ps4. there are plenty ps3/ps4 players on almost every world. jenova is a newer world, been around for mayb 5 months, dont know exactly how long.

all servers are intermixed, so PS4 players would be playing alongside PC/PS3 players worldwide. :3 so most definitely there's a big playerbase.

Depends on what server your on, here's a list of the highest priced houses from patch 2.3 made because it has the most players which inflated its economy.

If your coming from wildstar its a big jump, now if your coming from Guild Wars 2, World of Warcraft, Dota 2 the transition would be smoother.
But if you can't watch an FFXIV fighting video and be excited it probably won't be worth it.

i have no clue what the prices of housing have to do with the ps4 playerbase, it also does not have any bearing on the actual topic of the thread.

as for watching a video and being excited, i would hate to watch a video, it doesnt help me, and its boring. i still managae to love the game, and im great at healing, but i will not watch a video, and i would not be excited watching a video

I played wow for 4 years, then tried eso which was heartbreakingly painfull as i love es games and then gave wildstar a go but it feels kinda empty. I love ff games, always have and was going to play it just after it launched on ps4 but read alot of negative things in terms of game not downloading and neither square or sony accepting responsibility which put me off. Didnt know all platforms were on same servers which is awesome, all mmos should adopt that. Think i'll need to bite the bullet and get the game. Thanks for all the feedback guys
