SQEX Token keeps resetting itself... and I'm locked out of my account.

This happened to me just now. I came home from work and proceeded to get on FFXIV, opened the SQEX Token app, only to see that it asked me for language, and to put in my Account ID, Birthdate, and the registration password, which meant the thing reset itself. So I proceeded to get the emergency removal password to remove the token to gain access to my account, which went fine.

Then I got the new registration code, entered it into my device, got my one time password, used it to log into the SE account so I could print out the new emergency removal password. Once that was done, I proceeded to get on FFXIV, only to find that the token app had reset it self AGAIN. Because of the "24 hours" limit on sending a new email for dealing with emergency removal, I'm locked out of my account.

same problem, sunday night the only night i get to play i pop open the app for my onetime password and it asks me to enter my id/DoB/reg.number and i'm like @.@

go to mogstation to look for a way round it, emergency removal password? when did i get that, no idea what it is, locked out forever i guess, gonna be cancelling the debits out of my bank until i get back on, if i get back on
