Why does food not stack to 99?

Some food, yeah.. Like cookies. Make cookies stack to 99.

But for larger items, like dodo steaks or whatnot...stacking to 99...it'd be hard to balance a stack that high.

But you could apply that to a lot of things that stack to 99.
