1:With 2 text boxes on screen with one with system text(blue).
2: Chnage the text box size and all blue text on screen blinks blue, even the white text of the other UI IE:

Blue hue on players:
1: seen while crafting player has a blue hue.
2: Friend have told me they are glowing blue in uldah/outside when night time is around
