How to tell if something is dyable before buying?

Is there a way in game or even a website that can tell you what gear is dyable before buying, or is it that only non-colored items (no green, pink, blue, etc) that can be dyed? I mean I know there's that quest that allows you to augment artifact gear, but is grey gear and artifact gear the only things dyable? I ask because this game has a lot of nice looking witchy type hats, but most of the nicer looking ones are green or pink gear and I can't tell if any of them are dyable or if it's only grey gear by default?

All dyable items have a circle in the top right corner of the picture that shows what color it is.

There is a little circle in the upper-left or upper right corner of the icon. That shows if it's dyeable and/or what dye is currently applied. If the circle is "clear" with a black outline, that means it is dyeable, but not dyed at the moment. If the circle is blue, that means it's currently dyed blue, etc. If the icon does not have a circle in one of the upper corners, it's undyeable.

Oh wow! I knew about the circles showing what color a gear is dyed, but for some reason never noticed these show before buying on market board. >_< Thanks guys!
