PS3 to PS4 Conversion Problems

Hey so, I just converted my FFXIV Collectors Edition from ps3 to ps4 and I just finished downloading the game to my PS4. The problem is that when I try logging into my square enix account it says, "In order to play FFXIV:ARR you must first purchase the digital download from the PS Store or register a product code"

What I dont get is that I used my product code to download the game already, so I dont know what to do now so that I can play. I'd appreciate some help, thanks

Also, Playstation Store says I already own the full game for ps4 when I try to redeem the code I was given, yet when I can choose to start the game it still says the Price of the game is $39.99.

I got it fixed, I thought I could log on and install all of the updates without renewing a subscription, so I just renewed it and its working. Thanks for the Help!
