    I've been having similar issues, but only doing specific fights. At the moment, I can't even do Levi EX because of how badly everything frame skips for me. I usually end up KO'd by him jetting across the platform because of the skipping issues.

    Jumped in expert roullete last night and had rubber banding aka everything stops and starts going again the whole time. Just noticed this yesterday wasn't an issue Wednesday.
