10 % + 20% is 30 %. So I wasn't talking about stacking the two. I said IF you have a Warrior because you may not always have a warrior, Which not only gives you an extra combo route to add in but lets you only access 10% as opposed to the 20% (originally15%) from Storm.

Monk Buffs-
Twin Snakes - 10% Damage buff
Fists of Fire - 10% Damage buff stance
Dragon Kick - 10% Blunt Res down
GL 3- 27% DMG 15% ASPD

Ninja Buffs -
20% Damage buff stances
TA 10% (10s long refresh)
10% slashing down (20 % if a warrior is using theirs instead of yours.. Not stacking)
15% ASPD

With Ninja having higher potency and less drawbacks for disconnects on enemies I'd say they're about even. Monk will definitely probably win out in dummy fights like T8 in terms of DPS. But I wouldn't say they're that far apart at all in terms of the steroids they can get. The potency Ninja has seem to balance out the equation a bit.

At least, On paper. In a fight though we will just have to find out.
