So High Allagan Monk gear will used for left side, Aiming for right side. Then Ninja gear for left side.
Soon as I get the time, I'll update the opening post so we can start talking more about game play and less about predictions. We pretty much have all the info we need at this point.
I get the feeling (along with a lot of people on reddit) that the dex comment was a joke.

Why would he joke about it and then not tell the truth? Also, it most likely won't be all high all again on the left side either, I'm willing to bet only 2-3 prices of HA and the rest soldiery.
Its easy guys, all the monk gear UP to 2.3, will have dex added to it, so ninjas can catch up in gear, NEW gear (2.4, and 2.4+) will be separate, MNK will have their own gear like now, and NIN will have their own gear with dex.
... Why did not they put ARC cross-skills if the Nin is DEX based? it's like the only time hawkeye would have been usefull
Btw we know NIN has a higher passive TP regeneration, so why did they put the LAN? Only for B4B and Impulse Drive? That makes no sense at all...

We don't know how fast they burn through TP yet.

Lnc also gives invigorate....

...who uses Impulse Drive as a cross-class skill?
