    That's just untrue, plenty of people would use it. I've got three Jobs over i100 & a good amount of HA gear, at this point I'm just kind of doing whatever with my Soldiery.

    More Sands for the pure sake of dyeing whatever Soldiery gear I have is a welcome Soldiery expense in my book.

    This has been done to death now. SE has deleted most of the Hunt threads (too much negativity? mostly bad press, not enough good?).
    Concerns haven't been addressed, only that daily bills will be considered for a reward increase.
    Nothing suggested/implemented to break up the stupid zerg that never sleeps. Why is the zerg allowed to farm the weekly mob every day and people who need their weekly can't even get a look in for a measly once off kill for 5+20 seals?
    Why are people who zerg The Hunt given abundance of free Sands but people who prefer to do T8 can't get it due to the once a week chance at 12.5% RNG?
    Why are people allowed to abuse the system using illegal means that SE can't detect? Wouldn't that be considered game breaking and time to change the system?

    HUnts is the best source for Myth.

    So people will not only get a ridiculous amount of seals for sands but also myth to buy more sand.

    IMO the proposal doesn't defeat any things that are "working as intended" but resolves some root problems.
    It is the best solution I have seen, and it is easy to implement. ^^;

    A) reduce tome and seal rewards for open-world kills
    B) increase tome and seal rewards for GC-issue kills
    C) remove oils and sands from being obtainable through the hunt system

    The best way to fix hunts is to get rid of them. The game was 'fine' before the implementation of the piss poor mechanic. The last thing this game needs is to be continually over saturated with shoddy time sinks. The Devs have lost their minds when they start thinking that the Atma and Novus grinds alongside Hunts are acceptable and quality improvements.

    I can actually really get behind this, but unless it was mandatory to have a new player in the group you'd just have experienced players jump in together, and if it was mandatory I can almost guarantee you one group of people wouldn't do it because they don't want to struggle through trying to get newcomers skilled enough and the other group won't want to because they can't find someone at their time of day who needs what they have to offer.

    Anyway, yes, alternative methods to the major rewards to Hunts would be an alleviation of the problem. However, so long as there's no cap to the amount of farming of limited-supply content... welp.

    I think locking the sand and oil availability to one a week would calm it down a great deal. Also decrease the amount of myth and soldiery dropped. If they made the logs drop from dgn bosses (rare drop) this could also help.
