Looking for T6-8 static

I am looking for a static to play with from 3:30pm to 10pm EST. I can start earlier, around Noon, if it's understood that on occasion my work requires me to stay until 3:00pm and it takes half an hour to get home.

I know T6-8 inside and out and am able to play most roles with competence and require little training in roles I am not fully experienced. I am most comfortable on Scholar, White Mage, Black Mage, or Bard but fine with any class.

I expect excellence out of myself and always try to improve my play. I can take criticism as long as it's in a productive manner. I enjoy working on new strategies and working out issues to succeed. I love trying new things on farm content and am willing to take a few wipes to have fun and try new things, though that's just extra to me.

I expect commitment to progress from my peers but I do not demand perfection, just competence. In-fighting and gossiping about each other is a massive turn off. I understand drama happens but commonplace drama is a turn off.

I am a lady but I especially do not expect nor want special treatment because of my gender.

I decided to post here as well in case there are cross server opportunities. It's not that uncommon from what I've seen on these forums.

I've had some bad previous experiences. I'm not spazing about my gender but a minority of people are still in the 1990's.

They really do need to add a recruitment section to the official forums to accommodate this.

Well personally I live in reality. And realize that women are still a minority in MMOs (moreso in serious raiding) so before she spends money moving servers.. It's a safe bet for her to throw out the "yes I have boobs.. No they do not mean I can't dodge twisters like some of the idiots around here"

Got ya. Both seem to be beliefs in modern MMOs though. EQ we had a decent (prolly 15-20% of any given guild made up of women) so was different. Hell a couple I knew were #1 serverwide for their class. Same went for XI. But soon as MMOs went mainstream that whole thing went sideways fast.
