    Server StatusPage about New Character Creation

    I have been trying to create a character on a new server to play with friends. Issue I am having is that the page is saying that new char creation is allowed on said server and then i log in and the server is still blacked out. I do not know if this is a bug or some other issue with the site or the game.

    It is a snapshot of the current server conditions at that time. Sever availability is dynamic based on how many characters are online on that server at the time. Your best bet is to try off peak times or right before/after a maintenance.
