Proposed new Atma system

after seeing rumors that atma drop rate is at 2%, I'd like to underline a fact :

you have 50% chance to have at least one atma after 35 FATEs

you have 90% chance after 114 FATEs.

If you don't have it by then, sucks to be you, but the system is pretty fair imho

Can't go around saying "facts" without a source.
