Please dont spam uncomboed RoT, its really inefficient in terms of TP/potency and much less dps then doomspike (120 TP for 100 potency vs 160 TP for 160 potency).
If you are using RoT, only use it when comboed with HT, for very efficient 120 TP/ 150 potency. Outside of that you would only want to use RoT when you can absolutely not hit a huge chunk of a pulls mobs with doomspike, due to its line shape.

Sure if mobs are standing perfectly still all of the time. Reality is they don't.
