440 for me. A tick is 60 so if I pop invigorate and it ticks immediately, there is nothing wasted as I will be using at least 60 TP or more before the next tick.

OT: It really depends on the mobs health as other have stated. Boss adds and open world mobs generally be hit with the HT-TTT combo, and you can even weave in a RoT off HT combo if there are at least 3 mobs. For tougher mobs, such as raid adds ect, you can most likely cut Phleb out of the "normal" long rotation, and even cut some off-globals depending. Your HT-D-CT combo is quiet potent even without the full dot tick, and will help buff BRD and other DRG dps (who are usually baddies and don't apply Disembowel). This is also nice because if its a critical add, such as a Conflag or Dreadnaught, BRDs will usually unload CDs on them, making the 10% boost you give them all the more potent for them, and yourself.

The specific example I'd give is Conflags or Slugs on Amon.

Slugs on Amon can be stunned, so be sure to help with that if tank can't. For those just straight TTT should do.

Conflags are a bit trickier. The DRG rotation lines up very well for them, however. It will take some practice but it's possible to get all your DoTs on Twin, as she turns for a fireball reapply HT (you should be standing at her rear unless you yourself get the fireball), then when she turns back, Impulse Drive (conflag spawn) Disembowel on Conflag, (B4B if needed for fast conflag), then TTT while using jumps and stuff. If its a conflag that gets fed a fireball, and you are selected to feed the fireball, you have a couple of seconds to get at least one or possibly both DoTs on the conflag which will help bring it down while stunned.

As Whiskey said those are two different scenarios. Preparing Impulse Drive on the "main" and apply Disembowel is a good way to start on Coil-type add like in T5 and T8. Depending on the add hp you may want to add Chaos Thrust as well. Using your "Jump" CD if up is the basic of burst strategy as well.

About Amon's slugs, it's all different because of their low hp. You can use Spineshatter and Dragonfire Dive to cover the distance "gap" and stun with the first one at the same time. Since the first two slugs are basically at the beginning of the fight I usually hold down those two jumps for them and then continue/start the TTT combo. If I remember well with my rotation one of them spawn just at the same time I have a Full Thrust ready.

Conflags is like make sur Chaos thrust + phlebo are runnin in a fashion that you dont have to refresh them when conflag is up and simply do impulse drive on twin, then disembowell + chaos thrust + phlebo on the conflag
