Yes, basically allowing leaders to setup regular occurring events but preventing members from trying to subscribe to them all too far in advance. If registration opens too quickly, then people can register for them before they really know whether they'll be able to make it, thus invalidating the data. Hope that makes sense, thanks.

That makes a lot of sense and I witnessed this behaviour before. Especially from raiders stopping the game without updating their status.

I added a new feature.

Now group admins can see member rerolls from the organization board. (select an event then press button Organize)
Select members and click on the 'See characters' button.

Next step is the possibility for admins to change member's registration (character and status).

Hello,

just released a video, half demo / half tutorial of the tool. You can reach it from the homepage.

Btw, there is a new feature available to group admins. Now they can sign up members, or they can modify their registration and add an admin comment.
The tool also manage timezones : an event is created with the timezone of the creator, other users will see the event according to their timezone (if different, there will be a reminder of the local time of the event).

I just added the icons for new raids, dungeons and trials of the 2.5.

I also added a view of the company roster in the group section of the tool.
My next step will be a basic DKP system that i will improve later this year.

I just added a basic DKP management. You can use it from the roster of your guild on www.allgenda.com .

It is the first step toward a complete point management system with Suicide King, EP/GP and tools to assign points to all the guild members in one clic.
