Warrior ps4 crossbar help :(

First of all sorry if this is wrong place to post.
I have just hit level 50 warrior and am having all sorts of problems.
I would like to ask anyone from my server if they could help me with ideas,or tell me if there are things i do not really need to be using on my crossbars.
I really want to become a decent tank,but after last night(Aurum vale) where i let a group down i know i need to ask you good people for help.
I would say that 2 of the players were very good and patient in trying to help me,but in the end i asked to leave out of pure frustration with myself.

I am not using macros,but will learn how to write and use them if you think it is for the best.

As I understand then your problem is not enough room in single hotbar of 16 skills (at least it is the problem for me with WAR and DRG), so 1st advice is to learn playing with 2 hotbars. You can switch between hotbars by either just pressing R1 as much times as needed or hold down R1 and press the corresponding button for hotbar on the controller.
I still don't use many WAR skills that could be useful because using 3 hotbars is bit too much but I try to sort my skills so that one hotbar has most important stuff for actual tanking and other has less used and dps purpose skills like "maim" combos. And I keep stun and vengeance on both hotbars at same buttons.
