Basic premise of all MMo's:

Level up > Get gear > Enter endgame > Get better gear > Do harder endgame > Get better gear

The cycle then repeats as you increase the cap.

The base line of any MMo, and to a lesser extent, any RPG, is to get better gear to get better gear, to get better gear.

If you are this far along and you feel you need to ask this question, without realising this, then your issues are far bigger than your silly question.

He's the first guy I felt that really answered the question. It was helpful because i've never reached max level in an MMO before.

Well...had this game been released in the state MMOs normally are these days, we wouldn't be in this mess, now would we? Under current circumstances, there's not much that can be done. The revision of basic systems and mechanics have priority right now. Once those are in an acceptable state, more effort can be placed into making content.
