Constantly Disconected

This is on the cactuar server.
Every time I log-in I get lagged up and then disconnected after a few minutes.
Can anyone tell we what is going one?

Whatever you're playing on might not be powerful enough to run the game at peak performance. You may have to adjust some of the game settings if you can to lower how much power it takes to run the game.

Or if you can afford a new, better, PC than awesome, go for it.

I started the game on PS3 and found i lagged out a bit when running 24 man dungeons. The PS3 also seemed to struggle with load times and I would disconnect occasionally but not very often. I free-upgraded to PS4 and it's WAY better.

Also it could be you just have a slow internet. If you live in the middle of nowhere internet speeds tend to be much slower even though they're often more costly. I dont know a whole lot about how many mpbs per is good or bad or what not for a game like XIV but I'm sure somebody who's fluent in computers would.
