Fully Melding the New Crafting Pieces

I have been searching, but haven't found it anywhere. Has anyone yet determined what the limits are for the new crafting accessories? Specifically, what melds are ideal to ensure you hit all the limits?

If you know, can you post? Or if you have a reference, can you post that?

I am hoping to fully meld them utilizing only level 3 and lower materia if possible. But if I have to utilize level 4 materia, I will.... but I am fairly certain that isn't required.

If you HQ, say, a Rose Gold Choker. The CP is 32 instead of the NQ 28. The cap for CP is 6. Does that mean the HQ Rose Gold Choker CP cap is 38 and the NQ Rose Gold Choker CP cap is 34? Or is the cap 38 regardless of HQ or NQ?

It would cap at 38 regardless. The benefit for HQs (apart from weapon damage on DoW/DoM HQ weapons) is you need less materia to reach the caps.

Well, and faster spiritbonding etc.

Thanks for the info... I've now melded my 3 new pieces of crafting equipment. Only took ~1.3M gil. >.<
