I'm looking for an item that looks like the Partician's bottoms [&&] Argute skirt, there is one that can be worn by lower levels around 26-28ish.

Does anybody know what it is??

It requires Lv. 32, though.

Look through the whole Weaver crafting log - closest is most likely Cotton Kecks which is lvl 24 ...

It's the skirt the retainer wears. It's like the one you said Nephilim kinda, it's just a skirt with high stockings.
I'll look up the items you all said tomorrow when I get on but the only way to describe is what the retainers (female) wear

That's the level 38 linen crafting set. The pants are called linen bottoms if I remember right.

My highest level I've been (old acc) was 35, I know there's an item like that without the straps connected to stockings for the level 25+ area, I just can't remember what it is. But thanks

You probably want the serpent private's bottoms or velveteen bottoms then. Neither of those have the garter belt.

Don't you hae to have a level 50 before you can even glamor anything?

And yes, you need to complete a quest to gain the glamour option. The item itself however can be worn by any class Lv.28 and above, although it is meant for crafting only and is not recommended if you're doing dungeons.
