Friendliest server for new players (Starting over with a fresh character)

I would like to put a vote out to Leviathan, all levels on here and is one of the more populated servers.
Our FC is very new player friendy
As far as role playing goes i am not too sure about.
If you have done EX's and T1-5 you are indeed not new by any means

Siren is friendly if you play during the hours of 2am - 1pm PST. After that...some of the most angry, hateful jerks I have ever dealt with in my 13 years of MMO gaming come out and reek havoc until they descend back into the pit of hell from whence they came to slumber (sort of like the book I Am Legend)
