Yes but since everyone is doing that the price on them is dropping and it almost makes it pointless :P
I honestly wish we could trade myth for the old crafting mats like potash etc....I need more Vanya silk than Cashmere to be honest :/
You realize the more cunning players would just join the zerg and be geared in full i90 in a few hours, right?
Nerfing the rewards from the hunt zerg isn't an option at this point. That ship has sailed. People would complain that the people who did the hunts first got ridiculously huge rewards while the newer players got screwed over. It's time to stop thinking in terms of nerfing hunts and in terms of buffing other things. Considerably fewer people would feel compelled to join the horde and slaughter the hunts, especially the B hunts, if they had some viable alternative.
If someone wins an argument, they have learned nothing.
FOR DOCKHAND!
@R1dder it took me 2 weeks to even see Naul. And that's when I spent a few days trying to hunt him down. You can't get the weekly kill(and remember it is weekly not daily) if you can't find/grab it before the horde.
Even though I might be casual I'm still doing coil and stuff(and have been since january). The main problem is that even with a static we had people leave the game or static for various reasons.
They daily hunt rewards should get you probably 40/50 seals. But I would say if they increase the rewards they should increase the number of mark targets - as it is they tend to die fast enough so adding an extra fate boss and maybe doubling the mobs would work.
And for the love of the twelve use up all the B ranks each week just give each player one after another so that the whole server isn't going after a single B rank that gets insta nuked(blink and you miss it).
It took you two weeks to find Naul?
I wanna say it is bad luck more than anything then, cause he keeps popping up several times a day. I'm still gonna say the reward is fine. Daily hunts could be increased, but 40-50 seals is just ridiculous.
That would allow you to max out your seals way too fast with little effort. Also they increased the hp of the marks, giving you some time to get the damage needed for the reward.
A better solution then would be to increase the spawn rate of the marks. You can't expect them to increase the reward when people can grind as much as 500+ seals in one day already.
Every time I just bearly win the loot..
So much self-contradiction in one post. You talk about them making it too easy to max out seals, but then offer a better solution that simply makes it easier for someone to cap out seals in a much shorter period of time. The groups that run around hitting all the A ranks every 3-4 hours are still going to run around hitting all the A ranks if they spawn every 2-3 hours. Nothing will change it from being a zerg fest because people are still shooting to fully equip in ilvl 110 gear as quickly as possible. Your solution just allows them to do it quicker. That would allow you to max out your seals way too fast with little effort. You're right. My "solution" was too hasty. So much self-contradiction in one post. I'm going back to what i first stated: They shouldn't increase rewards, or change it for that matter.
So, 40-50 seals per day on the daily hunts is ridiculous, but capping myth tomes several times a day as well as capping soldiery tomes in one day, plus several hundred seals each day for the elite marks isn't ridiculous?
From what I read in the live letter, they aren't too concerned with raising the reward for elite marks. I think their intent is to make elite marks an optional bonus. But the player base made them into a farm fest. So for the normal marks, yeah the 5 each from the first 3, 10 from the fate ones sounds pretty decent. That would be 35 seals a day. And with the cost of the gc gear, you'd be looking at 1 piece a month. That's better than 7-8 months at least.
There would be no raise on weekly hunts. Their popularity is already high enoughI read that they are raising the daily hunts, What do you feel is the right amount to get from daily hunts and weekly hunt?
I think
5 seals per (first 3) hunts = 15 seals
The 2 other ones that you get from fates should be 10 seals each and a bonus of 10 seals for completing all of the hunts in the daily mark. So that would get you 45 seals per day.
The weekly hunt should give 100 seals.
Q13: Is it possible to lower the cost of the equipment that we can purchase with Allied Seals?
A13: Instead of lowering the cost, we are currently looking into increasing the awards for completing the daily mark bills.Q21: The rewards for Mark Bills and Elite Mark Bills feels a bit low. Do you have any plans to adjust this?
A21: We are currently looking into increasing the amount for Mark Bills. We're concerned that if we increase the rewards for elite marks it would cause even more people to focus on them, so to start out we are going to prioritize adjustments to daily marks.
