no1curr that you pay a monthly sub then choose to spend time complaining on the lodestone instead of, you know, actually trying to get into a party for what seals you CAN get.

Everyone is paying an equal entry fee, stop using the "b-but I'm paying" as though it makes you more entitled to the hunts than anyone else.

ps I can say from experience it is not the late night/early morning crowd at night/mornings that is causing most problems. Hunts go to crap when the after work/school crowd comes on.

If people have more time to play, then they deserve more, possibly better rewards depending on the content. That was never the question and you completely missed their point. The daily rewards for hunts are crap, period. Even the devs haven't denied this, and are looking into a possible raise. Should people who farm elite marks get more out of it? Yeah. But the people wanting to farm seals with daily marks aren't getting anywhere at this point, which IS a problem. It's not that people don't want it to take time, it's that people want to be rewarded for that time a bit more as far as daily hunts are concerned, even if the grind for what they want would take a month or 2. It's better than half a year, possibly more that it would take currently.

time to reach their goal. You have to take a look at the weekly bills. They do actually give you a decent amount of seals. You kill a B rank (worth 5 seals) and you get a 20
seal bonus in addition to the 5 seals. That is the same as killing 5 B ranks. How can you complain?

Even spending 1-2 hours in a hunt group you can pretty quickly get another 100 seals (or more depending on linkshells). Boosting the bill rewards makes little sense to me tbh.
If you want a bonus they can throw in some gil.
Assuming all you did was the daily and weekly marks and were able to complete them every day/week, it would take thirteen and a half weeks to obtain ONE piece of vanity gear. You think this makes sense?

This is an exaggeration. Everyone I know that plays casually (myself included) doesn't believe we should obtain everything at the same time as those that can commit more time. We have no delusions that we will get HA gear by walking around C. Than. nor do we believe we should.

What we do want is something worthwhile to shoot for without being forced to play for 20+ hours a week. Daily marks should be a viable alternative to obtain items in a reasonable amount of time. This doesn't mean I should get 100 seals a day, but with rewards as they are now the minion would take about seven weeks to get. The beast tribe quests only took 30 days to be eligible for a minion, it isn't unreasonable to expect hunt bills to be on par with that.

20x higher? Really... That would put us at 140 seals a day. From dailies... So I should be able to ding 50 and be i90 in 2 or 3 days and you consider that respectable? While I agree that the current dailies are pitiably low, I think that for the purposes of this discussion, the OP pretty much hit the nail on the head. Of course changes like this 'should' be balanced in some way, that's not really the point of discussion here. And Zerg hunts need mitigating.

I got 600 in 2 sessions of hunts that I know nothing about. Just running around in a map where I'm told to, reporting monsters I find, teleporting to maps people report. Gear balance/fairness has already jumped out of the window, did 3 back flips, water walked across the lake, ran off the cliff and kept running.

Anyway, I think the seal rewards should be multiplied by 10 for dailies. 700 a week, about almost enough for 1 sand a week for people who simply don't want to deal with zergfest elite marks where the best way to get 'gold' is to tag and overheal, not actually participating in the killing.

And there are two huge myth sinks...
    Atma -> Animus (13500 required)
Animus -> Novus (1500 required + 800 per map you decide to buy)

When it rained Philo tomes in 2.1, what did people spend them on when they no longer needed gear?
    Crafting mats...

Your myths could be used to buy crafting mats that you can sell if you don't need them for anything else...

That comment was in regards to people equipping to i90 too easily, which happens well before animus/novus grind starts. Gearing to i90 was already very easy. More seals wouldn't change that.
