Uh, is it just me or could these be upcoming event gear for Moonfire Faire? This would mean the yukutas long hinted at returning for summer are simply gear purchased from the event vendor while these are acquired via a quest. Of course I'm just making assumptions here so take my caffeine-fed ramblings with a grain of salt!

If they were, they wouldn't have been listed in the 2.3 patch notes with the other new items introduced by the patch. They'd be in the game data, but not in the patch notes, like the new yukatas that are going to be the actual items released during the summer event.

Doubtful these are from an event since they are tradable. Event items usually say UNIQUE UNTRADABLE at the top.

I received a pair of summer sandals from desynthing Shark Tunas at costa del sol. I caught it at 8pm in clear weather.

I've found the fish for Red Summer Pareo (and most likely the maro too). Screenshot proof below. No, it is not from Shark Tuna.
