    Information on these items seem scarce. We know how to get the Sea Breeze set and the mats for the Coeurl set but nothing on this one yet. Share what you know!

    Would love some theories or input if anyone has any ideas! One idea I've heard is that it could be from a river fish!? Anyone know anything about that?

    Many of the new fish are undiscovered, probably require obscure bait plus weather and/or time of day.

    I would be amazed if they weren't obtained from desynthing specific Big Fish.

    They probably need to be desynthd from the new big fish needed for the i75 rod. ( and fish alike on the same ilvl )
    Cuz i don't think it'll be from the upcomming summer event as SE is deciding to bring back last year's event. Yay moar fireworks and bikinis.

    Those fish give Waterproof Cotton. It's probably a different fish.
