Invasion!

Okay so I was walking around Camp Tranquil when all of the sudden an npc says that there are invaders from the empire coming. So I talked to the npc to see what she had to say then walked up the road and saw troops of Garleans rushing me. Has this happened to anyone else? Why hasn't this been mentioned in the patch notes or something?

Yeah i was there too glyder, i was like wtf, altho they were all r20-25 it was pretty fun seems like a sample of an campaign-esc style behest.

I ran across this the other day and have yet to find it again D: Anyone know the coordinates for where the Militia Outrider spawns?

This is certainly an interesting surprise. I haven't personally seen this. Sounds like the beginnings of some good content.

Yesterday saw one and "joined" up to fight them.. Held my own against the initial "beast" but succumbed not much later when an Imperial Guard decided to come hit on me.. (not in a good way :P) I was on a lower rank than should have been, but it was actually pretty fun none-the-less. I'm excited to try it again, and see where they go with it.

Each major zone has one, west of tranquil, north of horizon. dont know about LL yet. you go to where it says then eventually a guy with a chocobo appears and you join in. At the end you get those dispatched crystals depending how many you killed which you can trade to npcs in town for things

in ulduh there is a guy outside the guild leve place he will tell you, same with guy at camp horizon, same with tranquil. talk to the person talking about invasion and they will have 3 options. one will tell you where its at. and i told you exactly what they said. they said head north of horizon(you will see people waiting)
