    It'd be nice if they didn't lie about fixing Odin / Behe and Hunts.

    Don't sit here and make official patch notes saying you fixed things, when minmal effort was made. Fix the sprite limit, for ALL PLATFORMS don't make misleading patch notes.
    While we're on the subject of that, its really sad that you can't even glamour some of the things from these fights, if your not gonna fix them or even make the rewards good for odin and behemoth, and your not gonna honestly make an earnest effort to fox the sprite limits and load times just get rid of them, instead of claiming you resolved issue when you haven't.

    Also really hate how so many things with this game are done right, and they "SEEM" to listen to us, but they ignore major and minor issues that can be easily fixed and just blow off the community on certain subjects.

    Also know some guy with a $3000 PC is gonna leave some snarky comment about how their sprites are perfect, good for you bro.

    Actually some folks I know with super awesome PC's with GTX Titan cards cant even see the hunt mobs half the time when its congested.
    I dont own a Titan card, but I do have a very good system that easily kills FFXIV on MAX, and I also cant see the hunt mobs during peak times and weekends.

    You didn't read Vespar's post properly. PC users do share this issue with console players as the problem is not isolated to platform but from poor management of priority rendering. That's really all it is. I understand your frustration over SE failing at delivering a proper fix when they said they would provide one, but please do not misplace your aggression against others who bring up valid points. EVERYONE is getting screwed over by this, not just console players.

    Agree. Everyone gets screwed. In fact, since the "fix" of S ank mobs, I can see them even less than before. Players' rendering is indeed delayed, but the mob's rendering is still as low, and thus it never loads. I have to randomly throw a flaming arrow or a flash and hope for it to hit if I want rewards.

    But the usual scheme is :
    => come where the party is
    => get ravaged by an unseen enemy
    => be unable to get raised because no healer can see your dead body
    => lose the reward

    SE changes display priority -> even more people join the zerg
    SE changes HP of the elite marks -> even more people join the zerg

    When they implement more changes to make sure they don't die as fast, and let everyone actually see the mark, guess what will happen...
    If your answer is along the lines of "even more people will join the zerg", grats on winning... No prize given out.

    This ^ Frankly he was begging for a "smart ass" remark. His definition of "fix" is "i want it how I like it." SE didn't "lie" about what they did. Not only did they do exactly what they said they would do, but they did what they needed to do. Hunts aren't perfect but they are good enough to be playable and somewhat lucrative. Perhaps they will get better as time goes on.

    Incorrect. My system is rendering Flaming Arrows, Shadow Flares, and pets belonging to players who are not even in my party for the entirety of S-rank fights and yet I am unable to even ONCE see even a fleeting glimpse of the monster. I fail to understand how this constitutes "peak rendering priority". At least when I fight Odin I can SEE him the whole time, it's just hard to heal up my party.

    I can see Odin/Behemoth just fine and my rig only ran me $900, course even when i played on ps3 I was able to see Odin/Behemoth just fine, after the render priority patch, course my character sprite would stop animating, but that was hardware issue, not SE.

    Also upping sprite limit wouldn't fix the issue except on those $3000+ rigs, if you set sprite limit to unlimited on a machine that can't handle it, your game will freeze or crash. SE said they upped render priority for marks, only thing I can guess is they didn't increase the priority enough, I'd say set it to less than party members, more than player characters.

    Well then I stand corrected. I believe you. However, for me the hot fix worked. Try submitting it to SE as a bug. Maybe you will get results.
