    After you grab his attention, make sure you're immediately switching focus to the boss so that your auto attacks aren't killing it right after it is frozen.

    On PS4 you can highlight the target, but don't select it. This way your next skill you use will hit the highlighted target then immediately go back to one you had selected, in this case Mel
