BiS from my gear loadout? (BLM)

I'm playing around with my current set, but, it doesn't feel right. Not a great balance between Spell Speed, Accuracy and Crit.

The lodestone didn't update my profile, so I'll state the differences.

Laevateinn (110) instead of Wave Staff
Hero's Ring of Casting instead of the Vortex Ring.

I've purchased Cashmere Breaches (HQ), but I'm not sure what to meld. I also haven't passed T5 (not because I'm trash, but because it is hard to set up groups successfully on Zalera thanks to it's population), so T6-t9 items are out of the question.

Also thinking about picking up the Scylla's Boots of Casting from Syrcus. Any tips?

Wave Staff is bellow Animus i believe but because rng has been god awful for me on getting atma for my blm i am going with the Laevateinn, which btw Novus is only slightly better dependant on stats.
I have the weathered (and un weathered gear) for my blm along with some allagan accesorries, only thing i have left is myth chest which looking at the stats the chest piece from Syrcus tower is better then the weathered gear, love that crit
The weathered pants are actually not bad at all and best bet is also for the weathered ring but with oil it becomes better yet.
Accuracy i am around 468 if i recall and that is more then enough for T5
Also worth a mention is Lava Toad legs, does help with accuracy and crit as well

edit i see you have the weathered gear but definately get the Syrcus Tower chest i would suggest

Oh, the casting robe is worth it? I might have to pick it up in a few. I was thinking of getting the boots until i save Sol for the fee.t

The boots and chest from Syrcus are both very good items for BLMs. I grabbed the boots myself, and between the two you are good in the accuracy department (even with everything else being weathered) up through T9 if I did my math correctly.

Yes the chest from Syrcus is better then the weathered piece, once the weathered piece is however upgraded i still would prefer Skyla Robe since it has accuracy.

Did you look at her gear? She has 472 accuracy, there's no need for anymore for any content in the game right now.

It would by no means be life altering, lol.
And no i had not looked at her gear before i posted, i assumed that person had a myth chest and if did not have enough soldiery or even if had soldiery Skyla robe is still great,
the weathered chest only really is better once upgraded. Instead of maybe saying someone makes no sense maybe offer op some advice.
