PS4 App crashes ps4 on startup

When i go to start up the ffxiv app on my ps4 and it goes to black screen before it says loading launcher and the version number my ps4 can randomly decide to just sit at the black screen then my ps4 becomes unresponsive and to fix this i actually have to remove the power cable happens more often than not.

Had this happen twice in one month. Had to unplug the system both times.

done things which seem to have fixed the issue for me 'so far'. When starting the ffxiv app have keyboard and moue unplugged and have also set up manual internet settings.
