Messy and unprofessional looking website

This website, at least the account settings sections, needs a serious upgrade. I wanted to cancel my subscription, but I had to google it just to find out how. Unlike in other games I've played, there was no clear "Cancel subscription" button on the main account settings site.
You guys should learn from Blizzard; a clear, intuitive, straighforward website that looks professional and isn't full of irrelevant links and clutter.

The login screens look shady too, with all the mess floating around. The first time I logged on I wasn't even 100% sure I was on the official website because it looked so amateurish.
Also, having to click a tiny greyed out star in the corner of a also greyed out character picture, in order to select the character you want to use to post on the forums, isn't exactly user friendly. Sure, it only takes a few moments to figure it out, but those seconds of frustration are completely pointless, and they do very much add to the general feeling of messiness.

Takes me a good 15 minutes each month to figure out how to add Crysta again too >.> It's hidden under buttons, and shortcuts to shortcuts to other menu's and other buttons.
