Can someone simplify how the ps4 and pc linking works?

Just wondering if its possible to link my pc account to a ps4 copy thats already been used?

Yes under mog station just add the PC version service if I recall correctly.

I'm not really sure what do you mean by "being used" but most likely no if it was already activated on another SE or PSN account.

If you have current character(s) on PC version of the game and want to play with the same SE account and character(s) on PS4 as well you'd need a "new" (e.g. not yet registerred) copy of PS4 game (or you can also get cheaper PS3 version and upgrade to PS4 for free afterwards). After installing the game on PS4 you need to activate it and login into the game using the same SE Service Account you're using currently on PC (do not create new service account!) and that will "link" both version. You'll also receive another 30 days of sub.
