I don't think kicking someone who rubs you the wrong way is the answer. That said, if someone is only telling me the things he thinks I'm doing wrong, I would be rubbed the wrong way.
Little changes to how things are said can make a huge difference in if people view you as helpful or critical. Like instead of things like "The dragoon didn't even stun the caster", try "No worries, I think we'll do better though if we stun the caster." So instead of singling someone out, you're saying the group (you included) can improve.
I find things like that help keep people happy :P and stop anyone from getting to notion to kick me from their group.
