All you have to do is hunt elite marks for a few hours
You just answered your own question. It takes time to do hunts too.
Whether it is faster or slower pretty much depends on the individual however.
- Faster if part of a greater Hunt community.
- Slower if soloing

The rewards are meant for people with time to do either Dungeons or Hunts but not both.
