So the FFXI/DQX events are back?

Just saying, but if they bring back all the "exclusive" events so everyone can have their rewards, they better remove any trace of exclusivity on this game, from legacy items to digital goods for buying things and assisting to the fan fest.

Doesn't bother me at all. I played XIV 1.0 but apparently not enough to get the Legacy Chocobo, and that feathery creation is sexy as hell so bring on the repeats.

news kinda came of quite a bit late, since XI side already has this collaboration event twice, and it's already awhile too. Almost disappointed when SE never announce 2nd event here, that is until latest live letter.

Legacy chocobo wasn't part of any event, but you got legacy status if you subscribed to 1.0 for at least 3 months during a certain period.

Wouldn't be surprised if they at some point do add the legacy chocobo design though, but it'd more likely be from a veteran reward, or maybe chocobo breeding.

I would like it if they added something new to obtain. I would love a slime minion or even the slime hat.

I see no problem with them letting people get and enjoy the cosmetic stuff.
