So the FFXI/DQX events are back?

So this isa discussion for the DQ X and FF XI event being repeated and thoughts

On the one hand I happy thay I actually get a chance at getting certain minions.

On the other hand I can see why ppl would get all butthurt over this, considering it's exclusive promotinal content, thought at least it geives ppl something besides hunts to enjoy/rage over.

What are your thoughts on this (That are related to XIII)?

On the one hand, it's great that they're giving more people access to this.

On the other hand... is a message saying to look back at the other hand.

Just wish it were confirmed seasonal to make sure everyone will eventually have access.
And that they'd do the same with all the other promo items.

Just yesterday an LS mate asked what the deal was with the Brickman minion. He was disappointed about having missed his opportunity to acquire one. I hadn't expected that the very next day we'd get the announcement that the event would be repeated. It's cool that the latecomers and PS4 crowd who missed out will have their chance to experience this content, though. Just because they WERE exclusive doesn't mean they needed to stay that way.

Eh. I participated in all of these events the first time around. I honestly don't mind that they're being repeated and I think it's great for all of the folks who didn't get stuff the first time around! I wish some folks wouldn't get so dang huffy over it. It's not like time and energy are being put into these events. They're just recycling everything from before. *shrug*

I find myself using the Bohemian's Gloves from the Lightning Strikes event because they're one of the very few hand slot pieces that actually show off bracelet-slot items, and it is my intent to eventually earn myself the Tipping Scales Bracelet to show off my Flames Pride.

It was on one of the slides in the live letter yesterday. I'm quite happy they're bringing it back, I wasn't able to get the Shantotto minion first time around due to RL, so I'll be sure to get it this time around. Not that I want/need ALL minions, but everyone needs their own personal Shantotto
