I don't like the implications this functionality has for non-combo actions.

As a Summoner, I know I'd make a macro using this command to throw out Bio2, then Miasma, then Bio, then Contagion, then Shadowflare. This reduces my class to about 5 buttons if I make a couple more cycle macros. I don't want this.

Monk? A nightmare. What about all the other stance-combo abilities monk uses? What happens when you use one and now need to mash your finisher twice in order to hit it on time? What if you hit it 3 times and now your hot bar is no longer in sync with where you are in the combo?
